Refund Guarantee Conditions – Premium Plan

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you don’t win the scholarship — but this applies only if you fully commit to the program and follow the conditions below:

To be eligible for the refund, you must:

1. Be an active participant throughout the 12-week program:

   • Send at least 3 questions per week to your assigned tutor.

   • Attend all scheduled live sessions (normally once a week).

   • Submit all weekly practice exams following the personalized study plan.
     Only justified absences due to force majeure will be accepted.

2. Submit your application on time and completely:

   • All official documents must be completed and submitted according to the MEXT deadlines.

   • You must attend both the written exam and the interview.

3. Provide proof of your rejection:

   • If not selected, you must provide official confirmation from the Japanese embassy or university (e.g. rejection email or document).

4. Attend a final confirmation call:

   • This live session (via Zoom or similar) includes:

     • Screen sharing to show the official rejection email.

     • A short wrap-up session with your tutor to guide your next steps and provide support after the result.

Important notes:

• The refund applies only to the Premium Plan.

• The guarantee applies only to the first MEXT application cycle after completing the program.

• No refunds will be given if you drop out, miss sessions without valid reason, fail to submit materials, or apply incorrectly.

• Once the program begins, the payment is non-refundable under any other circumstances.
