What is your refund policy?
Refund Policy for Starter Plan
We offer a one day refund window for the Starter Plan due the nature of the program.
Upon enrollment, you receive immediate access to exclusive resources — including real application documents, solved exams, and proven strategies. Because access is granted instantly and spots are limited, refunds are only possible within 24 hours of purchase.
We want you to feel safe when enrolling, but we also aim to protect the time and dedication we commit to serious students.
This is our way of saying:
“Try it completely risk-free. If it doesn’t help you, you don’t pay.”
Refund Policy for Pro Plan
If you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase — and before any document review or mentorship session begins — you can request a full refund.
After the initial 24-hour window, you still have 7 days from the time of purchase to experience our support. During this period, you can request a 50% refund, even if mentorship has already begun or document reviews have taken place.
After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. This is because personalized mentorship involves dedicated time, effort, and expertise from our team — which, unlike digital content, cannot be reversed or returned.
